Every class combines a short lecture with hands-on practice. Each student finishes with a portfolio.
How you will learn
Practice first
About 70% of class time is practical: mock newsroom, mock studio and live-event simulations.
Taught by professionals
Editors, reporters, presenters and producers from news media, supervised by the Head of the Department of Media.
Small batches
Only 20 students per course, so every student gets personal feedback on their work.
Assessment and certification
Students are marked out of 100. A pass needs 50 marks and at least 75% attendance.

- MOFA-attested certificate and mark sheet for use abroad, available as an add-on service (additional fee applies)
The 4,000 BDT course fee does not include MOFA attestation. Ask on WhatsApp for the add-on fee and timeline. The Institute will guide you through the application.

Top-performing students are placed as interns in partner media houses, production houses and digital outlets.

Openings through the partner network include reporter, sub-editor, news presenter, anchor, event host and video journalist.
